Tech Professionals charts a new course with CKM3 investment

Tech Professionals, a specialist recruitment organisation for the offshore, subsea and maritime sectors, has received a long-term investment from CKM3 in a deal advised by KBS Corporate.

Founded in 2016, Tech Professionals supplies engineers, technicians and other specialist contract and permanent workforce solutions to a wide-ranging and diverse international client base.

The company generates annual revenues of approximately €58million and maintains a contractor base of around 500 personnel on assignment.

In a transaction advised by Guy Haynes, KBS Corporate Director, with legal services provided by K3 Law, Tech Professionals has joined the portfolio of CKM3, an independent investment company founded by Colm McGinley who has considerable experience in the recruitment sector.

CKM3 invests across a range of sectors including recruitment, business and professional services, construction, engineering, infrastructure, education and training.
