Pool heater firm to make a splash with new investment

HeatPumps4Pools, a leading UK supplier of swimming pool heat pumps and renewable heating solutions, has been sold to private equity firm Merino Capital.

Founded in 2008 and based in Basildon, Essex, HeatPumps4Pools has developed an excellent reputation as a trusted specialist in air source heat pump systems for swimming pools, hot tubs and commercial aquatic facilities.

Having established a large, loyal client base and become renowned for its technical expertise, customer service and innovation, the company is the go-to provider in the UK and internationally for efficient, eco-friendly heating solutions.

In a deal advised on by Nathan Leah, KBS Corporate Associate Director, HeatPumps4Pools has joined the portfolio of Merino Capital, from which it will benefit from additional strategic support and investment to accelerate growth, enhance operational capabilities, and expand its range of renewable energy products.
