Ventilation system specialist Expervent has been sold to MARCH in a deal advised by KBS Corporate.

Founded in 2014, Expervent designs, manufactures, installs and services ventilation systems, including Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) systems.

The company’s LEV expertise helps clients to manage airborne contaminants such as dust, fumes and gases, supporting safe and compliant working environments across complex industrial sites.

In a deal advised by Fabio Rambelli, KBS Corporate Associate Director, Expervent has joined critical engineering services provider MARCH (formerly Edwin James Group).

“Expervent’s deep LEV expertise strengthens MARCH’s wider engineering capability, supporting a broader turnkey offering  in safety-critical and regulated environments,” read a statement from MARCH announcing the partnership.

“For Expervent, joining MARCH brings added scale and shared support, while keeping the same specialist team and technical focus, creating a solid platform for sustainable growth.

“We are delighted to welcome all our new colleagues and look forward to the journey together.”

KBS Corporate’s Fabio Rambelli expressed his thanks to colleagues Fahad Latif, Transactions Analyst, who assisted with the project, and Richard Stocks, Senior Research Analyst, who secured the buyer; as well as Poppy Ball, James Coates and Roseanna Henson of K3 Law who led the legal work for Expervent.
