L8 Solutions’ connection with Part Four a “natural fit”

Networking consultancy L8 Solutions has been sold to IT and telecoms specialist Part Four in a deal advised by KBS Corporate.

Founded in 2005 and based in Wolverhampton, L8 Solutions provides a wide range of IT network and cybersecurity services.

The company offers direct access to experienced engineers and support contracts, giving clients ongoing access to key IT services which ensure their networks remain secure and functional.

In a transaction advised by Dylan Bennett, KBS Corporate Deal Executive, L8 Solutions was sold to Warrington-based Part Four, which provides IT and telecoms support to organisations in the North West of England and across the UK.

“This is a natural fit, bringing together Part Four’s managed IT services expertise with L8 Solutions’ strong networking capabilities,” said Les Mitty, owner of Part Four.
