Sarsen Technology acquired by HIPER Global

Sarsen Technology is embarking on the “next stage of growth”, the company’s Managing Director has predicted, following its sale to HIPER Global.

Founded in 2000, Sarsen is a distributor of embedded boards, systems and software for use in a diverse range of applications within the defence, aerospace and cyber security sectors.

The company has extensive knowledge of the electronics market and supports highly regulated customers with complex technologies from global manufacturers where trust, continuity and domain expertise are vital.

In a transaction advised by Guy Haynes, KBS Corporate Director, Sarsen will now operate as part of the HIPER Global organisation.

The partnership means Sarsen now benefits from the scale, resilience and resources of a global organisation, including expanded engineering capabilities, enhanced supply chain coordination and increased investment capacity.

These strengths enable Sarsen to provide greater depth and continuity for its customers, while maintaining its specialised focus and expertise within the embedded solutions sector.
