ONE Creative environments acquired by Cornerstone

The leadership team of ONE Creative environments (ONE) has joined Cornerstone Group following the company’s sale, forming a future-ready platform for sustainable growth.

ONE is an award-winning multi-disciplinary design consultancy with expertise including master planning, architecture, structural and civil engineering and building services engineering.

The company delivers intelligent, sustainable and people-focused environments, providing a single point of contact for a project and working in partnership with clients, developers, investors, contractors, manufacturers, advisers and communities.

In a transaction advised by Guy Haynes, KBS Corporate Director, ONE was acquired by Cornerstone, a property and construction consultancy group whose services comprise strategic advisory, project monitoring, cost consultancy, sustainability, digital analytics, design and technical delivery.

With ONE’s addition, Cornerstone now consists of five companies which form a group that offers greater technical depth across mechanical and electrical disciplines; enhanced capacity to deliver complex, large-scale projects; a broader sector reach; and diverse geographical coverage.
