Cambridge Helpdesk acquired by Tela Technology

KBS finds the ideal solution for Cambridge Helpdesk

KBS Corporate’s “absolutely first class” service has been commended by the shareholders of Cambridge Helpdesk following the company’s sale to Tela Technology.

Founded in 2006, Cambridge Helpdesk is an IT support specialist with extensive experience in cybersecurity, telecommunications and cloud-based services.

Directors Stuart Brown and Danny Brown instructed KBS on a sale of the company, with a process led by Annie Shiel, Associate Director, resulting in Cambridge Helpdesk being acquired by telecoms and connectivity service provider Tela Technology.

All parties involved in the transaction expressed their delight, with Stuart Brown and Danny Brown both posting five-star reviews of the service provided by Annie and the KBS team.

Danny Brown wrote: “I simply have nothing bad whatsoever to report. From the initial call to the follow-up post completion, the team at KBS have been first class. The whole team have been helpful, understanding and acted for us like it was their own business. I cannot recommend KBS, especially Annie Shiel, enough. Absolutely first class.”

Cambridge Helpdesk founder Stuart Brown posted: “Annie & KBS were extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. As this was a first time for us, it was very daunting but we were in good hands.”

Tela Technology was continuing its productive association with KBS having acquired multiple companies we have advised, the most recent before Cambridge Helpdesk being MJS IT Services.
